Upon receipt of your order, credit approval, and payment clearance; May Diamonds will insure and ship your stone. Your diamond will arrive USPS registered insured mail or FEDEX insured. Most orders will be processed within 24 hours. Custom made orders may require more time. If your order cannot be processed within one week, then we will notify you by phone or e-mail. All shipments will require a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). All shipments require a signature, without a signature deliveries will not be completed. Therefore, the shipping address must have someone present to sign and receive the package. We will provide order confirmations for your assurance.
